The Reapening
The Reaping
Inspired by Galatians 6:9
(Composed 02/13/25)
In fields where toil and shadows blend,
where weary hearts do oft descend,
we plant the seeds of kindness sown,
with gentle hands, though weary grown.
The sun may hide, the storms may brew,
yet still, the soil remains rich and true.
For every act, though small, it seems,
is woven deep in hope’s bright seams.
The harvest waits, a promise clear,
for those who tread
through paths paved in fear.
So gather strength from roots below,
in quiet grace, let kindness grow.
For in the end, when seasons turn,
the fruits of love, we shall all relearn.
